Figure Studies
Working with the human form is one of the most significant exercises that I engage in as an artist, where challenges never cease to inspire growth. The exercise of life drawing informs my perception of art, humanity and self.
I have conducted extensive action research on the topic of figure modeling and female body image. In 2015 I attended an arts conference in Canterbury, England, where I presented my study to an international audience. Read a summary of my research content HERE.
